Burpee

  1. Start from a standing position.
  2. Squat down and put your hands on the ground.
  3. Kick your feet back so you are now in the position at the top of a push-up.
  4. Do a push-up, touching your chest to the ground and pushing back up.
  5. Jump your feet back to between your hands.
  6. Jump up off the ground and clap your hands overhead.
